30th Anniversary Conference

The three-day hybrid conference brought together nonprofit leaders from across Maryland for learning, reflection, networking, and dialogue. Virtual programming ran October 18–19; in-person sessions took place at the Maritime Conference Center in Linthicum Heights. Tracks included human services, improved performance, advocacy and JDEI, fundraising and development, and revitalizing workplace cultures into caring spaces—aligned with Maryland Nonprofits' 30th anniversary campaign.

Adler presented as a virtual speaker, coordinating with Lindsay J. Thompson at Johns Hopkins University ahead of the event. Maryland Nonprofits' learning team provided presenter orientation, technical support, and platform guidance for virtual sessions.

The conference emphasized building caring connections as the sector emerged from pandemic crisis and renewed focus on racial justice and equity—helping nonprofit leaders achieve greater impact in their communities, organizations, and personal leadership.
