Army Demand Signal Forum
September 10, 2026 · Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Center, Washington, DC
The Army Demand Signal Forum returns in 2026 on September 10 at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Center in Washington, DC, continuing the Army Demand Signal Series that connects operational needs with industry, academia, and emerging technology.
Building on the 2025 forum in Arlington, where Army leaders announced the FUZE innovation enterprise, the 2026 convening brings the series to Johns Hopkins' flagship DC campus, a hub for policy, health, and technology translation at the center of the Baltimore–Washington corridor.
The Adler Archer Laboratory at Johns Hopkins CBID will again serve as an academic partner, connecting university research, veteran-led innovation, and community health work with the Army's push to accelerate capability from concept to the field.
What to expect
Direct engagement between Army leaders and innovators on operational demand signals.
Commercial breakthroughs in AI, robotics, advanced manufacturing, and next-generation energy adapted for the warfighter.
Public-private and academic partnerships that shorten timelines from prototype to scale.
A Washington, DC venue designed for cross-sector dialogue between government, industry, and research institutions.
